Building Specifications
The following specifications highlight the quality and detail we use in every home we build. Customization is always permitted on any of these custom home design aspects, but we do encourage you to consider the thought behind each specification we recommend.
Exterior
- Framing starts with High Performance | Joist Floor system and 3/4 inch T&G sub floor plywood with a Quality and Performance lifetime guarantee
- Walls are built with 2x4's, 16" on center with 2x10 headers over all window and door openings
- All exterior walls are 1/2' OSB sheathing and house wrap to keep out any moisture
- Maintenance free premium vinyl siding with shutters on the front of the home
- Quality vinyl windows with insulated glass and grilles between the glass
- 6' vinyl insulated sliding door or patio door to rear deck
- Stick built rafter roof system, 16" on center or trusses
- 30lb roof felt paper
- 30 year Timberline architectural fiberglass shingles
- Seamless aluminum gutters with down spouts
- 1' overhangs at eaves
