Jeff Davison (J.T.) has built custom homes of every type of residential construction possible in over three hundred Central Virginia homes as a framing contractor, including many roof and ceiling designs such as octagons, trays, barrel ceilings, and opposing cathedrals.

Our highly experienced team can make any custom home design a reality. We are committed to building unique new houses with a style of their own, with a specialty in dramatic ceiling designs not found in other Charlottesville homes. As custom home builders, we carefully consider all living aspects in each of our floor plan designs. Many of our custom home plans are designed by J.T. himself. Our custom home designs account for the importance of light, furniture, storage, comfort, and feel.
